Denver Teacher Sentenced for Assault

Some more legal news out of Denver: Former high school band teacher William Robert Eisenman was sentenced after a June trial for sexually assaulting a 16 year old student 15 years to life. The charges that Eisenman was found guilty of were sexual assault of a child by a person in a position of trust and providing alcohol to a minor.

Eisenman was a band and orchestra teacher at Evergreen High School where some of the assaults took place. After being approached by a student seeking counseling on becoming more popular with boys the sexual assaults began taking place. There was no discussion of injury...The first in a hotel room that Eisenman rented under the guise that the 16 year old should model for him to help change her image. The sexual assaults took place over a six month period in places including the school, Eisenmans vehicle, home and hotels. He also invited a friend to join in one of the assaults during a jazz festival that took place in Greeley. By the way if you happen to live in Denver and you need a top Denver injury lawyer then by all means take a look at the Law Offices of Larry D. Lee. He is indeed one of the elite Denver personal injury lawyer working in the field in this area today.

The case against Eisenman proved that he had befriended the teen and told her during the six month assault that he had a incurable heart problem and would die within the next few years. He also told the victim he could not tell his wife about the condition but wanted her to care for his wife after his death.

During the sentencing Judge Tamara Russell stated that Eisenman was there to protect children and instead targeted them. It sounds like this guy really needs a good lawyer.
